To kick off our anniversary celebration, we are delighted to announce our support of Chestnut Tree House, a Sussex based children's hospice caring for 300 children and young adults with progressive life-shortening conditions. Commenting on the partnership, Matthew Bubear said, "We are truly proud that Chestnut Tree House will be our Charity of the Year. The CASCO Pet team will be participating in various fundraising initiatives throughout 2017 to raise vital funds for this exceptional facility, as well as volunteering time at the hospice and in their distribution centre. We look forward to sharing our stories and fundraising efforts during the year"
Terrina Barnes, Corporate Fundraising Manager for Chestnut Tree House said, "We are delighted that CASCO Pet has chosen Chestnut Tree House as their Charity of the Year. We need to raise a staggering £6,850 per day to provide all our care services – both at the hospice and out in the community across Sussex and South East Hampshire – for children with life-shortening illnesses and their families. With less than 7% of our funding coming from central government, we are almost entirely dependent on the generosity and support of local businesses and individuals helping us to raise the funds we need to continue providing our specialist care. We are looking forward to working with the CASCO Pet team during their 20th anniversary year and wish them all the best with their fundraising."
