Can you tell us a little bit about your role at CASCO Pet?
Currently, I serve as a sheet metal bending and cutting machine operator. Previously, I held the position of production sub-coordinator before being entrusted with the role of team leader.
What are your main responsibilities?
My primary responsibility revolves around preparing materials for lacquering. This entails carefully reviewing the production plan, followed by cutting and shaping sheet metal and aluminium to facilitate the assembly process.
What do you enjoy most about CASCO Pet?
The camaraderie within the team is truly exceptional. The collaborative atmosphere keeps me smiling, and the adrenaline of the work ensures there's always something to keep me engaged. Moreover, I find great satisfaction in working with sheet metal; it feels like second nature to me.
What is your most precious memory or achievement at CASCO Pet so far? I take immense pride in being appointed as team leader. It reflects the trust the company has in me and reaffirms my capabilities. Additionally, the transition to our new facilities stands out as a significant achievement, providing us with optimal working conditions.
Do you have a pet?
Yes, I have a dog named Lucky, who belongs to my daughter. My upbringing on a farm instilled in me a deep appreciation for animals, and I believe in treating them with kindness and providing for their needs.
