Product Support Specialist

Location: Lousada, Porto

We are recruiting for our Center of Excellence in Portugal.

 

Profile: Product Support Specialist (Sales & After-Sales, Admin Focus)

 

Core Responsibilities

Collateral & Sales Support

Prepare and maintain sales kits, brochures, product sheets, and presentations.

Keep pricing guides, feature comparisons, and competitive decks up to date.

Support sales teams with standardized templates for proposals, offers, and quotes.

Product Documentation

Own and update user manuals, installation guides, and training materials.

Translate technical information into clear, user-friendly language for customers.

Ensure all documents follow brand, legal, and compliance standards.

After-Sales Instructions

Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, FAQs, warranty info, and escalation flowcharts.

Work closely with service teams to document common issues and best practices.

Keep digital libraries/portals up to date for easy access by customers and staff.

Internal Enablement

Provide training sessions or quick-reference guides for sales and service staff.

Act as a point of contact for documentation requests.

Ensure consistency between what Sales promises and what Service delivers.

Maintain a central repository for all collateral and manuals (version control).

Track usage and feedback to improve materials over time.

Support managers with reports on collateral effectiveness and gaps.

 

Key Skills

Strong written communication (clear, concise, customer-friendly).

Skilled in IT tools

Knowledge in CAD tools (preferable)

Basic design/formatting sense (to make collateral professional and easy to use).

Organized, detail-oriented, with good project coordination skills.

Ability to work with technical teams (engineers, service) and commercial teams (sales, marketing) to extract and refine information.

Knowledge of technical drawing.

Previous experience in similar roles.
